Dear Maryland swimmers,
It is with great sadness that I must tell you that Ann Johnsen passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 18, at the Memorial Hospital in Easton. Ann was the head coach for TCY, a mentor, and a dear friend to us all.

We have added an event to the upcoming swim series meet in Annapolis on January 19. The first event will be the 200 breaststroke — Ann’s favorite. TCY will be swimming it in her honor, and we welcome anyone who wants to join us for that swim.
