Online entry for the March 28th meet at Big Vanilla is now open.  You can access online entry and details about this meet from our website, http://maryland.usms.org and then scroll down to find this event in the event list.  A few important notes:

1. The course for this pool is Short Course Meters (SCM).  Please enter your SCM times into the online system.  (There's a good tool online to help convert your SCY times to SCM.  Visit http://www.swimmingworldmagazine.com/results/conversions.asp)
2. Attached are Maryland Top 10 reports for the SCM course for the year 2008.  Jill Springer, our Top 10 chair, thought these reports would be useful to you.  (Thanks, Jill!)  If you have any questions about Top 10, please email Jill at MDSanctions@....
3. At this meet, we will announce winners of the Swim Series Challenge.  We'll also announce the final 2009 Maryland Team Standings (per the enhanced Club Scoring system we used this year).
• Awards will be distributed at this meet.
4. Mike Jacobson is acting as Swim Series Meet Director for this meet. If you have any questions about event entries, seeding, heat sheets, etc.  please contact Mike at MDChair@....  Or you can contact the Race Director, Rand Vaillancourt (coachrandv@...).  Do not contact me, as I will be out of the area for the next 2 weeks on travel.
5. If you are registering from a non-Maryland LMSC, you will be charged $10, and it will appear as "Club Assistant Event Billing" on your credit card statement.  If you dispute that charge because you do not recognize it, there will be a $25 penalty due to the bank's charge-back policy and fee that's passed back to us.
