Swimmers,

1.  Online meet entry for AOSC has been live since Friday, and the 500 free is filling up quickly.  We are capping the number of entries in the 500 free and the 400 IM (a lesson learned from last year's meet at the Naval Academy).  When you register, please read the instructions carefully.  We are not accepting entries of "No Time" for these 2 events.  And they both will be seeded fastest to slowest.  There are other important details on the first page of the online entry system.


2.  The 400 Medley Relay is the first event at this meet.  Relay entry cards have been distributed to team coaches/contacts.  It would greatly help if coaches could come to the meet with these cards already filled out.  I will distribute preliminary entry lists a few days before the meet and a final meet program Friday evening, January 16th to help you plan for the medley relay.  (Note:  these messages will be forwarded to the email address you provided in the online meet entry system.)
