This group is for high-priority emails to members of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club. Typical emails will be about race cancellations, track closures, and other important news that requires dissemination to the entire membership. (Members may post announcements/discussion to mcrrc-announce and mcrrc-discuss.)

Only selected members may post to mcrrc-alert. If you need something posted to this group quickly (for example you are a race director who must cancel a race at the last minute), send your post to the Board. One of them will post your message to mcrrc-alert.

In order to subscribe, you must be an MCRRC member. This will be verified.

To subscribe, click on the Join This Group button. You will be prompted to tell the group owner about yourself and why you would like to join. In response, enter your name so we can verify your membership. New members should also provide the approximate date they joined the club and how (online, at a race, mailed, etc). This helps us track down memberships that occasionally fall through the cracks. Thanks!
