Here is the final schedule of events for the TN Division Jr. Olympic Qualifiers.

The following events have 3 or less entrants, therefore all entrants qualify and the event will not be fenced.

    Cadet (U17) Women's Saber with no entrants.
    Cadet (U17) Men's Saber with 1 entrant. Ian Turner of MUSFC qualifies.
    Junior (U20) Women's Saber with 1 entrant.  Abigail Wegman of MFC qualifies.

The following is the schedule for all events that will be competed. (all times are Central Standard Time)

  9:00am        Doors open

  10:00am      Pools for Jr. Womens Epee and Jr. Mens Foil start

  11:30am;     Pools for Jr. Womens Foil and Jr. Mens Saber start

  12:30pm      Pools for Cadet Womens Epee and Jr. Mens Epee start

  1:30pm;       Pools for Cadet Mens Foil start

  2:00pm;       Pools for Cadet Womens Foil and Cadet Mens Epee start

  4:00pm;       Tear down, cleanup, and packing starts.

  7:00pm;       Doors close


  Registration for each event closes 15 minutes before stated time.
  Stated time is earliest an event will start, some events may be delayed.

Please check in at the registration table when you arrive.
 
No food or drinks except water is allowed in the gym.

There will be a hospitality room adjacent to the fencing floor where participants may eat.

Please be aware that there at two (2) waiver forms that must be filled out and turned in at registration.  The form below is for the TN Division, there is a second form that has been emailed to all participants, coaches, and clubs required by MTSU facility management.  If you are under 18 and do not have both forms filled out and turned in at registration, you will not be allowed to fence.

I enter the tournament at my own risk and release the Tennessee Division of the USFA and its sponsors, referees and tournament organizers from any liability. The undersigned certifies that the birthday of the entrant is as stated on the entry form and that the entrant is a current competitive member of the USFA for the 2008-2009 fencing season.
