It seems that there is a 40 year cycle where these storms hit the
southeast. so for the next 39 years we can look forward to
August/September rainouts, we should just have a hurricane proof
facility and in the event of a direct strike use it as a shelter.
I would also love to see it on Palm Tran somewhere in Broward county
but thats as unlikely as bringing a stadium to Palm Beach county.
