Thanks for coming out tonight in the rain, but here is a little
advice for the remainder of the season.
1. The "wave" is played. It was old 20 years ago, and even than it
belonged at college football games, not in the 5th innings of
baseball games with playoff implications. Ask a Red Sox fan if they
do the wave in the middle of big games at Fenway.
2. We don't need to hear your idiot chants, like "Phillies suck,
Phillies suck" over and over again, and don't bother screaming at the
visiting players either, because they dont care about some loser with
a big mouth in the stands.The game is on the field, not in seats. Its
embarrassing to me as a baseball fan and a Marlins fan, and reaffirms
our image around the league as a bunch of bandwagon jumping,
frontrunning, johnnie-come-latelies who dont understand or appreciate
the game. By the way, a note to Mr and Mrs. October(you know who you
are, what with the price tags still on your Marlins gear and all)-
make sure you come back in April, after payroll has been cut. Thanks
