Wow, Grudzie hit for the cycle today in a game against the Milwaukee

ST. LOUIS -- Mark Grudzielanek hit for the cycle the hard way on
Wednesday, and he did it in six innings.

Grudzielanek led off the game for the Cards with a home run. He
singled and scored in the second and doubled home a run in the fourth,
all against starter Victor Santos. He completed the four-play against
Jorge De La Rosa in the sixth.

It's the first cycle of Grudzielanek's career and the 16th in
Cardinals history. The last Redbird to hit for a cycle was John Mabry
at Colorado on May 18, 1996.

ST. LOUIS -- Mark Grudzielanek became the third Cardinal to hit for
the cycle at Busch Stadium as St. Louis beat the Brewers, 6-3, at
Busch Stadium on Wednesday.

Grudzielanek's cycle was the 16th in franchise history. He opened the
home half of the game with a first-inning leadoff homer, singled in
the second, doubled in the fourth and tripled in the sixth inning.
Grudzielanek grounded out in his final at-bat to finish his 4-for-5 day
