I thought you would enjoy this! I've posted some great pictures of him
and the grill in our Yahoo! photo album. I'll see if I can find the
interviews mentioned in this article and post them too.
If I had the cash I'd definitely bid on this! :) I'll be curious to
see the final bid is.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- In a certified "Manny being Manny" moment, Red Sox
left fielder Manny Ramirez is selling a gas grill on eBay. Ramirez
will tack an extra $70 on to the winning bid for shipping cost.
Bidding closes on March 28 at 2:57 p.m.
Enclosed in the ad is a picture of Ramirez proudly standing next to
the large Jenn-Air grill.
Ramirez enclosed the following message with his ad:
"Hi, I'm Manny Ramirez. I bought this AMAZING grill for about $4,000
and I used it once. ... but I never have the time to use it because I
am always on the road. I would love to sell it and you will get an
autographed ball signed by me. Enjoy it, Manny Ramirez."
When the ESPN show "Pardon the Interruption" did a blurb on Ramirez's
cameo as a salesman, there was good-natured laughter throughout the
clubhouse. David Ortiz, for one, couldn't believe what he was seeing.
"Manny, get over here now," Ortiz hollered to his close friend.
Some players even clapped for Ramirez when he walked through the room
a few minutes after the television spot.
"I'm a businessman, I've got to make a little money," Ramirez hollered
to teammate Doug Mirabelli.
Though Ramirez still hasn't spoken to the media at large since
arriving at Spring Training, he did grant a couple of one-on-one
interviews on Tuesday.
Ramirez indicated to the Boston Globe that he'll do more talking once
he retires, though he isn't sure when that will be.
"I'm just here to play the game and enjoy it," Ramirez told the Globe.
"[I enjoy] my life. All the things that I do I enjoy. I'm not here to
talk to [the media]. I'm here to play the game. That's me, you know.
The same. Everywhere I go is the same."
Ramirez went 1-for-3 in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Twins.
