The 2009 UPA Maine Youth Ultimate Championships as stated before in an earlier e-mail is on Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, May 24, 2009.

Thanks very much to Mark Robinson for locking in the field site for this!

States will be at Cumberland Fairgrounds again... please mark your calendars!

There are 2 potential new teams attending from the southern Maine and Portland area, so in best interest of all to have it again at Cumberland. There may or may not be teams attending from Bangor HS and Hampden Academy but likely they would be able
to field a joint team. So potential loss of one team from Bangor area against potential gain in 2 teams (Falmouth and Poland) seems way to go. If event was at Hampden, more teams we would lose.

PLEASE POST IF YOU CAN MAKE STATES. THIS WILL ALSO BE POSTED AS AN EVENT IN FACEBOOK SOON...

Thanks all for assisting in this process of organizing the State tourney this year! I am definitely now teaching May term at Bates so I will be busier work wise than last year...i.e. will not have as much time to devote to organization as in
previous years when I had no teaching load the end of May. Thanks!
