That is correct... incentive to recruit more women so they do not have to go
near savage with less than a full line of subs. 4-3 ratio at one time on field
regardless of total numbers. Ratio may be adjustable down to 5-2 depending on
situation and
agreement between teams. However setting a goal of 4-3 hopefully will encourage
teams to recruit more women to play.
