UPA State YouthCoordinators,



It’s that time of year, things are beginning to rampup
and I need some stuff (info and money) from you all.
Hereis what we are looking at, if you’ve got a yellow
block by yourname, I need something from you:



Address: To send you trophies, discs, etc.

Divisions: (what divisions are you hosting at your
tourney) Toorder the correct trophies for your event

Dates: (of your tournament) For the website

Paid: The State tournament fee (this is due
tomorrow(January 31st) but I realize that I am late
sendingout a reminder so please have it to meby
Friday, February 10th)

Discs: How many discs do you want to order (what color
combo –choices are attached)? The disc design is
attached, you can order up to100 at $4/disc and if a
state does not order a 100 you will have
theopportunity to order additional discs.
