Hello everyone!  We are getting ready to start recruiting volunteers for our upcoming Batizado on September 12th-13th.  Please email me at annemarie.shaffer@... or call me at 786.553.3977 and let me know what you are available to do.  Remember, the more people that help, the easier the jobs are.   

The positions that we have available are as follows:

Graphics/ Signage:
• Oversee graphic designs for posters, flyers, and event signage
• Keep all sponsor logos
• Make sure there is directional signage for all events

Transportation to and from Events/ Airports:
• Maintain spreadsheet with arrival and departure information containing invited guests and out of town students.
• Make sure that ALL out of town guests have transportation to and from the airport and  to ALL events
***PLEASE NOTE:  These people will be of the last to leave each and every event***

Cleaning:
• Cleaning up prior to and after all events/ workshops
• Make sure there is a supply of trash bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and small hand towels

Food Shoppers:
• Picking up food from store
• Make sure there is a supply of water and snacks for teachers and students at all events

Registration at the Events:
• Collect money for events
