As you know our batizado will be the 3rd through the 8th of March.
Mestre Azulao will be coming down a week before to help woop us into
shape! The week of the event we will be having workshops every night
with lots and lots of open roda. The beginning of the week, workshops
will be taught by local teachers. Moving into Mid week and the end,
workshops will be taught by guest mestres Fran, King, and Azulao. We
will also be having a day time workshop on Friday the 7th. And we
will be having a great party saturday night and a great bbq on sunday

Pricing is as follows:
Maculele Miami Students not receiving a cord: $100
Maculele Miami Students receiving a cord: $120

Payments for batizado will be due Wed Feb 20th
If paid after the 20th, a twenty dollar late charge will be added.
Batizados are very expensive to put together and we need this money as
promptly as possible.

Those of you that donated to the screen printing project of course do
not have to pay per our arrangement from before. Thanks to all of you
that donated even though we were unable to get the equipment. Please
let me know if you were one of those that donated.


Anyone living here in miami and not enrolled in the main school, the
homestead classes, or the archemedian academy classes, will not be
eligible for a new cord. For those of you that are my students that
are living in another city, lets keep in touch and get you where you
need to be to get your next cord.

Nows the time to start really putting your time into training... Its a
new year and batizado is coming!!!!!! Where ever you are at, lets
kick it up and train harder!!
