Good to hear all is well!!<br>(I forgot to tell
you we have two Manu'iri in this club and kaaore e
raaua kia ora!)<br><br>I was wondering if you were
considering coming to the waa'ine waananga due to the fact no
waa'ine are allowed to koorero on the taumata...plus word
has it that the men will be having their own waananga
while they're looking after us! (imagine that
you...Manu...Hemi...Daa...Paora...W'iti...Laurie...Terry...Ropata...Jason...Raaw\
iri...Richard...gee the list goes on!!! (lucky you!!!????///
surrounded by knowledgeable men!)<br>Did you get the e-mail
of wairererangi??<br>She's another one who wants to
come along her <br>e-mail is
wairererangi@..., can you let her know what you are doing so you
all can come up... MaryJane is coming also (she is
one of our guest speakers) so keep in contact with
her, <br>e-mail me for her number.<br>Been busy
organising the Waa'ine Waananga and it's moving quite
quickly, in between being in hospital (ruptured muscle -
too much training)and down with the flu...grading is
just around the corner and my body is definately
feeling it that I feel like I don't want to grade! Leave
it for next year!<br>Well, we're all heading down to
the 'ui aa tau in Wairoa, midnight and won't be back
till Monday, this is choice cause I'll get to see my
DAD I haven't seen him since you know when...<br>Pity
you can't make it to the next waananga in Pangaruu
(where Manu's Dad is from), but looks like we're going
to Waitangi first and then to the waananga (they're
bringing the kawe mate back from Gallipoli? and Koo'ao has
been asked to do the Wero for them) so that's us to
tau-aa-toko... on the side line that is)<br>I think we can all
make it to the Taranaki Waananga no work for the
weekend so it'll be good...I miss the mountain and all
it's beauty!<br>What else is there...give my love to
the w'anau and hopefully training is going well, let
me know what your waiata are and send me a tape (I
need at least a month to learn them!!).<br>Oohh yeah
the Hawaiians are back in town again so it was good
to catch up with them and how their fighting art is
doing (they come over every 2nd year) So Hawaii sounds
good for our next waananga what do you think!<br>'Eoi
ano I'm blabbering on, will catch up when the next
tide hits us again until next time <br>SURFS
UP!!!<br><br>Naa Tat teenei<br>'Au Pai Maarire
