Hey Everybody,
I was wondering if there are any female athletes out there interested in
adventure racing. My team is competing in the North American Eco Challenge in
Sault Ste Marie, Ontario this July and we're looking for someone who would be
willing to be an alternate - but with a 90% chance of becoming the primary
racer. You don't need to have any experience - just a willingness to compete.
The race involves mountain biking, treking, mountain climbing, and paddling of
some form - all fairly non-technical. We have sponsors set up so this would be
a great opportunity to have some fun, see Canada, and get some great gear
courtesy of the fine people at Gore-Tex and Merrill. And if anyone knows
anybody who might be interested, please let them know. Thanks alot and happy
racing.
