Tri Team of Old,
Ahhhh...it's nothing like a five mile run in freshly
fallen snow...with slush and salt in it...and a hyper
dog pulling you along.
Training on the east coast has definitely been a
challenge. Go from mid 90's in the summer to mid 20's
and 30's this winter. I miss Monterey. However,
planning on being in San Diego for two weeks in the
new future. Warm weather!
