Running:
Monday 5PM:
Bay Multisport
Wednesday at 5PM: Wednesday Night Laundry Runners (www.wnlr.org)
usually 4-10 miles depending on the time of season and peoples
preferences. All levels.
Saturday 7AM: WNLR Saturday Run through pebble 6-26 miles
Cycling:
Tuesday Night Crit: Meets at 5PM at the Wharf for a very challenging 5
lap course in
Saturday AM Ride: 'A' Group meets at the Wharf leaves at 7:15, 'B'
Group at 7:30.
Sunday Ride: Check with saturday people.
Swimming:
Carmel Masters at Carmel High - M,W,F 5:30-7AM - you need to sign up
at the
option.
Friday Open Water Swim with Monterey Bay MultiSport, check website for
exact times.
CSUMB: Check with athletic dept. for lane times. Outdoor, well kept
pool, usually not too crowded. 25m
Hope this helps. If you want to go out on a ride sometime let me know,
or if you want help getting to know the local trail runs I'm also
pretty with the area.
