I've posted before about the Northern California Multi-Sport
Festival (Apr 10) and the Santa Cruz Traithlon (Jul 10). The
company that puts these on (ByTheBeach Productions) has offered
discounts to clubs like ours. Their website is

If you sign up on Active.com for any of the races at these events,
select the "club discount" option. They will ask you for your club
name (put "M2T2") and password (put "nps"). Simple as that, will
save about $10-20 on each event. If you send in an app by fax or
mail, just write the club name and password somewhere on the app.

If you're interested in the Apr 10th races, you'll save some money
by signing up by Mar 10th (this Thurs!).
