OK, We have a table reserved for Tuesday SEP 21st. I will be at the
Dental Clinic at 1400, then I will go over to Harrman Hall to set up.

How wants to be there? I will need some sort of M2T2 sign. Do we
have one that will fit on 1/2 of a table? Or on one of those
tripods.

So there is no internet there so I guess I will just have some
handouts ready.

I plan to make a "sign-up" sheets for interested members.

I have to turn in the names of the personnel who will be there for
the table. I don't think its that big of deal.

The time for the event is 1500 - 1630. I plan to be there the
entire time, if someone wants to help out please do.

I have ONE triathlon under my belt and I've been here at NPS one
quarter, so any help will be appreciated.
