Point. Any amount of riding or running you want.

Also, thanks everyone for the advice on tri suits. Luckily the water cooled
down a bit and we were able to wear wetsuits (whew!). Does anyone know if there
are any plans on getting more M2T2 tri suits anyway?


OK folks-- this is it. Time to get serious about PG. Please join us for a
brick work out (a few bike laps and a few run laps) departing Lovers' Point at
7AM this Sunday. Yep, that's 7AM NOT 8AM. If you really want to get in some
good cycling before the tour bus crowd shows up, you need to get out of bed a
bit earlier.

We had literally millions of people show up for this brick in the rain two weeks
ago. It was really inspirational to see everyone training hard on the bike
course and supporting one another. After the workout, about 20 of us went to
breakfast, and it was really neat. Don't miss what promises to be another huge
turnout for a superb group workout.
