Having problems with message search?
I think that the only way for us to ensure the continuity of the team would be for us to get together and sort out positions within the team. Training together and getting together for races is great, but without people taking care of the administration of the team, it would only be a matter of time before the team went away. At the very least we need someone to act as the team coordinator (President?.. Admin Person?), and someone to act as the benefits coordinator (bike shop / race entry / race gear discounts)... Our predecessors had great relationships with DeSoto, TriCal, and local bike shops, and we need to keep these relationships going.
Is anyone interested in meeting for the purpose of discussing and nominating / volunteering themselves for team roles? We can also discuss the future direction of the team and anything we might want to change about the team in the future (E=M2T2?)...

I agree with you and Ray that it would be aa shame if M2T2 did not continue. I don't really have any great ideas other than let's keep each other informed of what training we are doing and maybe we can jump in with each other for training and events. Car pool and that sort of thing.

I’d be interested in getting the team going again and many people have expressed interest to me on this as well. I’m in my final quarter, and in the middle of a thesis crunch, but I think it would be a shame to let the team go away.
