Here is some footage of one of two dives in Cayman. There will be a second one posted soon of me being harrassed by a big snapper. Guess he knew I have shot quite a few of his cousins in the Gulf of Mexico over the last ten years. I was defenseless without a speargun. I will send out the link when it gets uploaded. At some point should have some video of some freediving spearfishing I did in Jamaica with one of the locals and some digital stills from Palancar Wall in Cozumel. Enjoy.

Happy thanksgiving lupalites!!!
   How time flies.  I have been gone for almost 2 months now, and I have
not played ultimate in that whole time.  No pick up games or anthing in
this town of 19000 people.  Probably too damn windy to play anyway.
   I hope everyone is doing well.  The project I am on will be over
tentively on the 15th of December, but may last longer.  Either way, I
imagine I will be back around Christmas no matter what, so keep tossing
the disk, and I hope to see you all pretty soon.

Not only is Ultimate fun but it is good for you too.

It lowers blood pressure, bad cholesterol levels, and body fat percentage. Furthermore it increases good cholesterol levels and bone density. We had a health fair today at the Wetland center, I should've setup a ultimate frisbee booth...

The "Circle of Death" is a great warmup... Now if you want to bring
your time down to eight minutes, you need to do the "Circle of Life."
Put some Elton John on your favorite boombox, dress Milas up as a
wildebeast, and have him chase you around the backyard... Guaranteed
results or your money back!

the new start time but I would recommend 3:30 based on our previous
time of 4:30.  By the way Mike, I employed the "Circle of Death"
method to warm up for the Cajun Cup 10k, it worked well, I finished
the race in 57:00:00 exactly, which is what I predicted.  Next year
I'm going to improve to 8 minute miles hopefully.
