syllabus for<br>5,10,15 and 30 mins. Depending where you
are within the grading structure. We also do use
isometrics even when perfoming the form slowly.<br><br>We
even have a single leg SNT which is performed while in
the front kick position. This however is performed in
about 2 mins.<br><br>The problem is that us westerners
want everything shrink-wrapped and instant. Developing
a good foundation takes a considerable amount of
time, determination and patience. After all a tree
cannot be mighty with the roots of a tulip.<br><br>Keep
