Hi,

The main thing that caught my interest when I fell into Wing Chun
after doing other styles since the mid 70's was the speed at which
the techniques were performed.

I realised that relaxation was the key to speed, and after a
relatively short time I was considered to have fast hands.

Now years later, with a mature school and 6 instructors under me my
hand speed if anything (much to my delight)is still improving!

Maybe Im more relaxed, maybe Im sleeping better, who knows but the
bottom line here has to be that Wing Chun is a style that just keeps
on growing with you.

Thank you Ng Moi for your brilliant invention.
