Ummm,o.k. it goes like this.
Hung sao( I know
it as heun sao)refers to a small wrist rotation
which can be used to go either from the outside gate to
the inside(most common) or vis versa.the practice of
heun sao has a chi gong thing going for it.That being
a coiling exercise usefull for energising chi
strengthening the forearm and improving stickiness.
The Cau
sao is a kind of asembly like Kwun sao or high/low
gaun sao.Made up of Jom sao(chopping in hand)and heun
sao, this is a bridging modifier which has many
uses.It rotates to a position with the jom some what
ahead of the huen which falls back. Both on either edge
of the centerline.I'm sure others here can
expand.
Moonty ;-)
P.S. Hi, Sifugen 1!
