couple of thousand times before it burns into your
neural pathway. Becomes a reaction rather than an
action.<br><br>And the answer is both.<br><br>You may not realise
this but your skills have improved since you started
training.<br><br>You will know when you are making progress when you
can perform techniques and move between them without
thinking. However, as soon as you start thinking about what
your doing everything will go to pot.<br><br>Just keep
