Hi,<br><br>No, this is not a Star Trek program.
The Way of the Warrior was a documentary series over
about six weeks showing the various styles of martial
arts.<br><br>Wing Chun was just one of the styles shown and Simon
Lau was chosen as being a Wing Chun practitioner for
the series.<br><br>I am afraid that I do not know how
to get hold of these programs but maybe Simon Lau
would be of help if you can contact him.<br><br>I will
try and find his address if that is of any
help.<br><br>As for the punches, typically they are individual
strikes but do not return back to the hip like a karate
punch. They are short range and travel no more that 5-6
inches. This is how we can deliver so many in such a
short space of time. They have incredible power though,
I can send a student who is wearing protection
flying from 1 inch. Nothing special about me, the power
comes from training Chi and correct application of the
punch and body position. Most Wing Chun students can do
this after a year, some sooner.<br><br>You say you are
new to the concept of Wing Chun. <br><br>Where are
