Hi,<br><br>Cant help with these URL's but you
might try to get hold of a copy of the BBC's Way of the
Warrior<br>where Simon Lau of London was recorded as being the
fastest chain puncher of that time.<br><br>It should be
remembered that the Wing Chun punches are fairly short range
strikes and not full lock-out as in Karate. This does not
mean the punches lack power, far from it, the one inch
and three inch strikes are very effective when
trained.<br><br>My student are definately capable of delivering six
strikes per second within their first year of
training.<br><br>BTW did I detect a note of sarcasm
