Hey gals sorry for the bad news!!!  They are calliing for severe thunderstorms this afternoon into tonight for salt lake, davis, and weber county.  I do not want to be swimming among the thunder and lightening and wind if I can avoid it!!!  I hope you guys agree.  We have decided to cancel the swim workout for tonight!  We will be meeting for out last workout of the season on Monday the 21st for a trail run up millcreek canyon!  Hope to see you all then!  I will send more details next week!!!  Sorry again for the cancellation!!!
