Come Join us for the last open water swim workout for the season.  We will be swimming in East Canyon Reservoir.  The water temp is plenty warm enough to swim without a wet suit.  We will meet at the parking strip north of the zoo and carpool to the reservoir.  We will leave at 6:00.  I will definitely be there, but might get there right before 6:00.  I have a crazy afternoon of shuttling kids to dance and "sunday" school.  So don't leave if I'm not there yet!!!!!  Hope to see you there!  Free luna bottles stuffed with goodies to the first 10 to show up!!
 
As the season wraps up, we are looking for interest/ideas for next year.  We will have a few team spots open for the 2010 season.  The requirements are to help raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund, compete in 3 tri's of any distance in the luna gear, help with 2 clinics through out the season, and attend the weekly workouts.  Our main goal is to get women out with other women exercising and having fun!  I emphasize you DO NOT need to be a seasoned triathlete to be on the team. 
 
Luna is also looking to start up teams in LA, Florida, and Ohio, if you have any friends or family in those areas that might be interested, I can get them the contact information.  Luna has teams in cylcocross, running, mtn. biking, road biking, and triathlon.
