Hey you gals, how about a ride/run up emigration canyon?  Meet monday at the parking strip just north of the zoo at about 5:30 to sign waivers and get some free product!  Riding by 6:00.  We are nearing the end of the season, and are also looking for some suggestions on how to improve for next year.  If you have any thoughts, please e-mail me.  We are thinking of moving the workouts a bit later (6:30) and moving them to tues.  Monday seems to be a busy day for some, and the earlier time is hard for some to get to after work.  We always welcome feedback!!!
