Great!!! We will be swimming before the entrance to the park. You could meet us there, or you could meet us at the Little Dell parking lot. We will have to drive right past that. Let me know what you think will work best for your group.

This week we will be doing a mini-triathlon at East Canyon. We will work on transitioning, setting up your transition area, and just having a good time. The distance will be determined by those who attend, and we can have multiple distances if need be. You should be sure to bring all of your tri gear as well as plenty of hydration. We will meet at the parking strip just north of the zoo at 5:30 to sign waivers, and head up the canyon at 6:00. Here is a checklist to make sure you have all of your "stuff".
Swim: Goggles / Wetsuit/ swimsuit (It is warm enough to swim without a wetsuit)
Bike: Bike / Water bottle/ Bike helmet/ Bike Shoes/ socks
Run: Running shoes / Sunglasses / hydration
As always we will have FREE Luna product to share!
we will also try to carpool the best we can with everyone's bikes!
