Hi Everyone! Well, it's official, we're all antsy to get working out together
as a group again! Truth be told, we've been antsy for it ever since the season
ended last Fall! We love our Monday workouts with all of you!
So, get prepared, the workout schedule will be coming out shortly. We will
start our workouts on Monday, April 20th and they will typically have a start
time of between 5:30pm and 6:00pm it all depends on what the workout entails and
where we are meeting.
For those of you who have not worked out with us before, we will meet each
Monday to workout together between April and October and we will hold 2 clinics
in their this year that will land on Mondays in lieu of the workouts.
Additionally, we break up into various skill/distance levels for each work out.
For instance, if it's a running workout, than we may have some folks that just
want to jog/walk and go a couple of miles, we may have some folks that want to
run 3-4 miles, and we may have some folks that are wanting to go 6-10
miles...and members of the team are ready and willing to do all of those to
ensure everyone that comes out to play has a great time.
We can't wait to see you soon! We will post the schedule as soon as it is
finalized in the next couple of weeks.
