raddoppia al 31'. Espulso Dainelli, Roma a due punti dai viola
Un duello aereo fra Jimenez e Passoni. AnsaLIVORNO, 12 febbraio
2006 - Non poteva andare meglio l'esordio "vero" di Mazzone,
mercoledì in tribuna e oggi in panchina: per la prima volta in
carriera supera Prandelli, col Livorno che batte 2-0 la Fiorentina
grazie a una doppietta di Lucarelli, alla duecentesima gara in serie
A. La Roma intanto vince a Siena, e dunque rimonta tre punti ai
viola, il cui vantaggio sulla squadra di Spalletti si riduce a due
punti. Nella Fiorentina rientra Donadel, Pazienza ce la fa, mentre
Brocchi, operato al naso, non è nemmeno in panchina. Dietro a Toni
il prescelto stavolta è Jimenez, preferito a Pazzini e Bojinov. Nel
Livorno invece Mazzone dà spazio a Colucci al posto di Palladino, e
dunque sceglie una soluzione più coperta.
Il primo tempo scorre intenso e veloce, all'insegna dell'equilibrio
e dell'aggressività. Grande pressing a centrocampo, chiusure
puntuali in fase di contenimento, concentrazione massima: le due
squadre si sono affrontate con le stesse armi e hanno messo in
cornice le stesse doti, abilità difensiva su tutte. Entrambe le
formazioni hanno poi scelto la fascia destra come corridoio
preferito per forzare il bunker avversario: Balleri da una parte,
Fiore dall'altra hanno svolto paziente lavoro di grimaldello, ma là
davanti, ognuno sul proprio fronte, hanno trovato praterie quasi
deserte. Toni e Lucarelli si sono infatti trovati a giocare da soli
contro tutti, con Colucci almeno discretamente duttile nello
sdoppiarsi fra sostegno al centrocampo e proiezioni offensive, e
Jimenez invece impalpabile alle spalle dell'attuale capocannoniere.
Inevitabilmente poche le occasioni da rete: da una parte Toni quasi
approfitta dell'unica incertezza di Amelia in uscita, dall'altra De
Ascentis si fa spaventare da Lobont in tuffo, poi lo stesso portiere
ferma un bolide di Lucarelli su punizione. La chiave di volta della
gara capita a primo tempo scaduto: cross di Pasqual, Vargas tocca
col corpo, difficile stabilire se si tratti del pettorale o
dell'interno del braccio, comunque proteso lateralmente. Sia come
sia, De Santis concede senza esitazioni un rigore (l'ottavo contro
per i toscani): Toni va sul dischetto, finta e tira di destro,
Amelia in tuffo devia la traiettoria e si precipita a festeggiare
sotto la curva. Il primo match ball è andato.
Nella ripresa Prandelli sceglie Bojinov al posto di Fiore, alla
diciassettesima sostituzione in 25 gare (è il giocatore più
sostituito della A). Ma è il Livorno che parte forte e nei minuti
iniziali crea più di un'azione corale che mette a dura prova i
viola. La Fiorentina risponde con un tentativo di Toni, ma la gara
resta appesa a un equilibrio che appare ormai cronico. E invece
tutto cambia dal 22' in poi: contatto fra Kroldrup e Colucci in
area, De santis indica ancora il dischetto, Lucarelli va e colpisce.
E' l'1-0, con la Fiorentina che resta anche in dieci per la seconda
ammonizione ed espulsione di Dainelli. Sale la tensione della gara,
la Roma passa in vantaggio a Siena, la Fiorentina si butta a
capofitto in avanti. Ma è ancora l'aggressività del Livorno ad
essere premiata: al 31' Lucarelli trasforma in gol un cross di
Colucci con un tocco al volo di destro. Un 2-0 che non spegne la
gara, ma di fatto regala al Livorno il derby toscano.

It's almost unbelievable to read that he wanted to quit football and
was playing in the serie c1! I think he's the most talented player
in italy at the moment! I'm glad he didn't give up aswell!
and his handsomeness... gosh, never noticed.. ;) hahaha

thanks for joining! I was surprised that Luca didn't have a group
yet, so I decided to just make one myself :P
I saw the cover of Calcio Italia magazine with Luca! So wish I had

Thanks for such a great site on great player.  I just noticed Luca
in his first game for the Azzurri and I was Very impressed with him
and have since tried to follow his league play.  I don't get to see
too many Serie A games but I do keep up with game text on the net.
I have seen his official site, but since I can't translate Italian
very well, I just have to settle for looking at the pictures...LOL
which is okay too!!  I get the Calcio Italia magazaine and there are
a few great articles and photos of him.  I don't have a scanner, but
as soon as I can head to the library, I'll scan and forward these
