I don’t yet have a dress yet but actually did shop for one once. Stopped at every garage sale and flea market on highway  10 between Williams Junction and Mt. Magazine. Must have been a dozen stops.

I realize you addressed this message to BJ, but buying regos is time-sensitive. I don't know how long it will take him to respond. Buying discounted regos from people who can't use them is common practice in the Hash world-wide. You're correct that it only covers the hash activities and goodies. If you're interested then I would recommend that you call Sparkle ASAP before someone else snatches that rego up. Since there's also a 5K/10K that weekend, you may want to get on finding a room at the Arlington quickly as well. Try to see if you can get a room on the level where the hot tub is. That may not be the floor the Hashpitaility Suite is on (or it could be), but I guarantee that the Hash will take over the hot tub at some point. When that happens, your room will be conveniently located just down the hall.

If the the Arlington is full then try the Happy Hollow Motel. It's within a five-minute walk of the Arlington just down a side street. The rooms are clean and inexpensive. We always stay there for the Thursday night pre-Clearfork pub crawl.

Don't forget your red dress.

I hope everyone has their red dress ready for this weekend. We will need some
help this weekend, with tasks like setting the pub crawl, setting the red dress
run and setting the Sunday run.  And of course, we will always need help with
getting ice and buying supplies.  (Remember, I only have one arm.)  All

Hey again,

I've gotten quite a few offers for crash space, to come pick me up AND bring me back (you guys really rock!), but . . . it looks like I'll be staying in the big metropolis of DeWitt. My Mom has decided to take on some projects around the house while Dad is at physical therapy and I would not feel good about her doing them by herself. So maybe UTA and I will see some of you at Hashfest. We haven't signed up yet, but depending on what happens here we might make it.
