Hey again,

I've gotten quite a few offers for crash space, to come pick me up AND bring me back (you guys really rock!), but . . . it looks like I'll be staying in the big metropolis of DeWitt. My Mom has decided to take on some projects around the house while Dad is at physical therapy and I would not feel good about her doing them by herself. So maybe UTA and I will see some of you at Hashfest. We haven't signed up yet, but depending on what happens here we might make it.

Okay, so 'spurt calls me up in regard to my last email and asks, "What
the frak?" So a clarification is in order. I will not be buying every
veteran present at the Sausage their first beer. Not that I don't want
to, and not that I wouldn't if I could, but we're not made of money. I
will buy everyone from our hash who is a veteran their first beer
tomorrow. You can take that to the bank. All non-veterans in the
market for a free beer from me can suck it.

Now if you're planning on being there tomorrow then sound off like you
got a pair. I need to know how many rolls of pennies I need to get
from the bank this afternoon.

(For the officers among you, that last bit was a joke. The thing to do
is laugh now.)
