send $4.00 and they will mail you the shirt. At the price of gas and
the price of free time:-) it will be cheaper on you. Make sure it is
$4.00 as I am going from memory, and at my age, that is one of the
things that stops working as well:-) If you can't access the web site
for some reason, let me know and I will find out for sure for you. I
have never needed any proof other than giving my name to get my shirt
previous years.
