Makes sense to me,
I have a shoulder that is injured from free weight training, and a little too
much masculinity one day. Been hurting for over a month and the only thing I
can do to make it stop hurting is stretching it out. Just now starting to be
able to lift regular again, and at about 70 lbs lighter(for my safety). I was
quite worried I had damaged the rotator cuff, but becuase it started getting
better, just last week, with stretching, and the lighter weights are helping,
I think I just tore the muscle badly. Takes a lot of time for those muscles to
heal when you do something stupid.

Did a lot of ruunning though, and managed to knock 2 minutes per mile off my
time over 6 miles. Everything has, an upside.

Very good point on the stretching. I was thinking that, but it didn't come out on paper (well virtual paper) that way. I have trouble stretching my hamstring...
