Very good point on the stretching. I was thinking
that, but it didn't come out on paper (well virtual
paper) that way. I have trouble stretching my
hamstring though without bothering my knee in the
process. It's very annoying.

Only my experience here, but stretching reallys help me get the soreness out, and makes it so I can use the muscle without pain. I can't necessarily do any...

Very mild stretching or with just sore muscles is good. Regular stretching with injured muscles is not good. Sometimes its hard to tell sore from injured and...
