Sciatica can sometimes be misinterpreted as hamstring strain. Also,
you should never stretch a strained muscle. Introduce stretching
only after the initial injury is healed.

Very good point on the stretching. I was thinking that, but it didn't come out on paper (well virtual paper) that way. I have trouble stretching my hamstring...

Only my experience here, but stretching reallys help me get the soreness out, and makes it so I can use the muscle without pain. I can't necessarily do any...

Very mild stretching or with just sore muscles is good. Regular stretching with injured muscles is not good. Sometimes its hard to tell sore from injured and...
