Darrell Waltrip: Phil, Terry Labonte is a two-time champion, and he is a classy
man. He's added a degree of professionalism to the sport. He's always controlled
his emotions and acted professionally on and off the track.

through the years would be enough for a guy to lose his cool. Quite honestly, I
don't think I've ever seen Labonte retaliate against anybody for anything. He's
always been calm and cool. They don't call him "The Ice Man" for nothing.
If you want to know what a role model looks like, just look at Terry Labonte
because he's a great guy. He's been a fierce competitor. He's won a lot of
races. He's won championships, and he has been a good ambassador for our sport.
On my list of greats, he's right at the top.
