I just wanted to send out a quick thanks to Miles Standish of the Forest
Service office in Espanola. He read my lengthy email and is going up
with a crew to look into the tree situation on the trails tomorrow.
That's the Forest Service that works!
On another note, Dan Erickson, a contractor that has helped us in the
past, has volunteered to help us build an earthen ramp for the shed.
We'll need to build a basic frame and a structural headwall for it, but
this helps us to solve the dilemma of structural adequacy that we were
facing otherwise -- not to mention just the problem of getting it built
in the first place!
