Re: [loperspeed_news] Imogene Pass Run in Colorado, Transfer Available

Yeah, I am really bummed to say the least.  My training has been going well and I was really looking forward to seeing you guys again and running in that great mountain air.  My brother, Pat, might take my spot, but he isn't sure yet.  He is planning on playing and singing at a peace festival in Rico, a small town near Telluride the following day.

sorry to hear you can't do this - we are disappointed - if anyone wants your spot let me know as Sean still needs a room (and a room mate) for 1 night (SEan as in a guy)  Chris

I will not be able to do this race http://www.imogener un.com/ as I am unable to get off work on my new job.  If anyone is interested in doing this race, with some of the most beautiful scenery you can imagine, at altitudes from 7,800 feet to 13, 128 feet let me know ASAP.  I can arrange a transfer of my entry.  If I do not hear from anyone this week I will transfer it to someone waiting on the sites bullitin board.

The race starts in the town of Ouray and ends in the town of Telluride.  These are both historic mining towns in the Southern Colorado Rockies.  There are lots of activities and sites to see in the region and it would make for a great vacation.
