We will be doing 4 yasso 800's tonight. I am not feeling well and will
probably not be able to make it tonight. Remember that the 800's start
at the first white mark on the edge of the track heading backwards.
From there you run a complete lap, In the normal direction, and on to
the finish line then jog, for the same number of minutes that it took
you to do your 800, back to the start line and do it all over again.
This should be great speed preparation for half-marathon to marathon.
We will do the same thing next week but up the repetitions from 4 to 5.
