I was concerned too, with no blogs the last 2 days, so I called him. He made it
to Salome, Arizona. He got two flats on his trailer, which he patched. The
patches did not hold so he did it again. Still leaked. He had to continuously
pump them up by hand every 5-6 miles. He has now made it to a small town in
Arizona and he is exhausted. He said he hadn't planned to take a day off until
he reached Sedona, AZ but he is seriously thinking of resting tomorrow. I am
very concerned. I don't think he should try to do this alone. Maybe he should
quit until he can go with another person or two or ten.
