Tues - 5am. Race day with sprint points
Wed - 5am. Recovery ride
Thurs - 5am. Group ride
Fri - 5am. Spinning day

Sat - long endurance ride
5.30am - longhouse loop
7am - longhouse to Kranji or
Changi or just follow ANZA

Sun - 7am Breakfast ride to Kranji
- Botanical Garden/Taman Serasi

Public holidays - Check website for changes

All riders MUST wear HELMET,
front & back lights.
Most important ride safely!
