Mon - Rest day
Tue - Race day with sprint points
Wed - Recovery ride/advance newbies
Thur - Group ride
Fri - Spinning day

Saturday riding Menu from Longhouse
5.30am - Newbie Mandai loop OR
6am - Mandai Shell to Kranji/Changi

6.40am - Changi/EC Hawker Centre
(Steady pace 33-35km on flat, breakaway
allowed Changi Coastal)
7am - Changi after ANZA
(faster pace)

OR START From East Coast Park/Big Splash
6.40am - Newbie to Changi, UTurn back
7am - Changi/Loyang back to EC Hawker

SUNDAY BREAKFAST RIDE - LH to Kranji/Jurong/West Coast/flyover to town /breakfast @ Telok Ayer Street Hawker Centre - 56k
6.40am - steady pace for advance newbies
7am - Break into different pace and packs
