So I just got a board and a friend and I have been crusing in a new
parking garage that just went up down the street. Anyway, this lady
stopped me tonight and asked me if I had permission. She was annoying
but I was totally polite and said no but that I thought it'd be a good
idea to ask the owner.

So now I'm wondering if there's a good way to go about getting
permission? How do I find out who the owner is? Is it possible to get
a "permission slip" to show cops if they showed up? Has anyone out
there ever done anything like this sucessfully. Any tips would be
GREAT!!
