Well, the recognition is nice. Don't go falling over yourselves to buy
a copy, because we only get 100 words or so, and no photos, but London
League gets a good solid mention. And for once, they just call it
Ultimate, not Ultimate *Frisbee*, which is definite progress.

The "How to throw and catch" bit (which is a whole third of a page) is
a good idea... but you'd think they'd ask someone who knows how to
throw and catch to write it. According to the illustrations, the
"helicopter throw" is when you throw a backhand left-handed extremely
badly - and then presumably spin around very very fast until you take
off into the air.

Although it does show you how to do the moderately advanced "no-look"
pancake catch :-)
