I've got a room to rent in Clapham for up to 6 months - anyone need?
Available from April 10th (Easter weekend).

2/3 bedroom Victorian mansion block flat right by the pitches by Clapham
South tube station (2 minutes walk away). Large lounge overlooking the
common, large kitchen overlooking communal gardens at the back - live in
the city but feel like you're living in the country! Broadband internet,
tropical fish tanks and my absence from the flat at least 2/3 nights a
week at my girlfriends place are some more of the highlights. Current
flatmate is moving out of London so am seeking Frisbee-loving
replacement to save all those awkward conversations and ridicule...

Range of monthly costs depending on which room you'd like.price
available on application and negotiable.

The flat really is a beautiful place to live through the summer, please
